Maple Village at Center in the Park
From a Dream to a Home
OVERALL GOALS
- Provide quality, affordable, safe housing to older adults.
- Allow older adults to remain in their homes and receive supports if needed.
- Provide extended community through a link to activities and services at Center in the Park.
BACKGROUND
To address the need for additional housing for older adults, Center in the Park, partnering with the William Penn Foundation, brought together a variety of collaborators to develop Maple Village. Under the terms of these programs, Center in the Park will have the option to own Maple Village in 15 years.
