This month at Center In The Park... CIP is celebrating 40 years of service! Look for information to come on major events in September to help us celebrate! Here are some important events and dates to remember as part of the celebration:
![]() Logo commemorating Center in the Park’s 40th anniversary was created by landscape architect/planner Robert C. Preston. The logo’s shape was inspired by the distinctive windows in our historic Carnegie Library building, with the mullions representing the rays of the rising sun. Preston is the son of CIP member and Board Secretary Shirley Preston. Their work exemplifies our commitment to generations working together for the benefit of the Center.
